Billing and pricing
-We do require a deposit to book an appointment, which comes off your total bill and we ask for at least 24hrs in advance for any changes or cancelations.
-Payment can be made:
*Exact Cash on the day
*Zelle
*Venmo
-Yes, we send a receipt via email upon request.
-For same day lock-outs (booked a cleaning service but did not open the door when we arrived) we will charge a fee equal to 50% of the service cost applied as a last minute lock out fee. We will do everything we can to ensure cleaning services are delivered before applying the fee via electronic invoice.
-Your price depends on the size of your home, baths, beds and your frequency and whatever optional add-on services you choose to include.
-Tipping is entirely optional, but very much appreciated by your cleaning team.
Appointment & scheduling
-We Understands that unexpected things happen. If you need to make a change to your booking, please email us at chachishomecleaningservice@gmail.com or text us at 281-691-7160.
You can Cancel/Reschedule with refund right up until 24hrs. before your booking. Less than 24 hrs. prior to commencement, we are unable to offer a refund for rescheduling/cancellation request. We will charged the deposit fee to cover the home cleaner’s job loss.
-Please, be sure to remove clothes and clutter from the floor or from the surfaces that will be cleaned for to make your cleaning service more efficient.
Each of our teams bring their own cleaning supplies and equipment for clean your home based on the cleaning package you choose.
-For our regular cleaning service we do our best to provide the same cleaner each time and we will provide a replacement if your regular cleaner is unwell or goes on holiday.
-Due to high demand for our services we can only offer you a preferred window of time:
8am-5pm/9am-5pm/10am-5pm/11am-5pm/12am-5pm
-We will send a text message to your phone letting you know our estimated time of arrival (ETA). Additionally, the day before your service we will send text message reminders.
-We do our best to honor our commitments and will never cancel appointments willingly. If we do, we’ll reach out to make it right. The only exception to this policy is in the case of natural disasters and/or factors outside of our control.
-Yes, please let us know at least 24 hrs. before, about the extra service that you want to be added to your cleaning.
For example: Clean the blinds, clean the fridge, clean inside Oven, etc..
Home access
-You can either be at home to let them in or provide us a house key lockbox code to keep on file.
-Yes, our cleaning staff are properly screened and complete interviews before being hired on as part of our cleaning staff.
-Damage to your property caused by the cleaner, key and lock replacement and personal injury to the cleaner.

Our service offering
-One or two, but it depends on your property’s size/square footage. When required teams of three or four will be used.
-Yes! For all our Recurring Cleanings, we will give to our customers a list of cleaning supplies for take care your home. Otherwise a surcharge will apply $15 for cleaning products.
For One Time Cleanings; Move in, Move out, Business Cleaning, we bring all the necessary equipment and products.
-Yes! We need electricity and water to clean, so please make sure your utilities are still functioning.
